After graduation from Appleton West in 1974, I attended FVTC for one year and cooked at The Grill in downtown Appleton. Married Joyce Mielke (AE '74') in '78"and had five children. Started Schreiner's Diner in 1985 and after 36 years am selling to oldest daughter Lisa to continue serving the Fox Valley. Am looking forward to retirement and spending time with my eight grandchildren.(So Far)
